Trust Co. Participates in Habitat for Humanity's Women Build

On the afternoon of October 12, the women of The Trust Co. installed a roof for Knoxville Habitat for Humanity's "Women Build 2011."  Four local women-owned/led businesses including Cherokee Distributing, Camel Manufacturing, Sunrise Foundation, and The Trust Co. funded this year's project for new homeowners Mahmoud Dalal and Saba Acdelkadir.  Mahmoud and Saba are refugees from Somalia, who with their two children, relocated to the United States in 2009 after ongoing fighting within their country.  The Trust Co. and our employees are truly honored to participate in Habitat's Women Build initiative, which to date has provided more than 1,650 homes worldwide.
